2. Appointment Bookings & Cancellations
To provide standard care and manage clinic schedules efficiently, the following booking terms apply:
- Booking Confirmation: Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or WhatsApp once processed.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any fee.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to show up for your scheduled time, may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of booking deposit.

- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful details about your health history, symptoms, allergies, and ongoing medications.
